Amanita octolarii

Amanita octolarii is an illustrated children's story and a fanfiction I wrote for Thorlar's new plushie - Fungi Octolar. Apparently there is no lore for the plushie and I cannot let that stand! 

The shop page says: "Fungi Octolar isn’t just a hero of the seas—he’s a guardian of the enchanted woods, where he uncovered magical secrets and earned his iconic fungal flair." Well, let's just say that's the PR approved version of what really happened, the version less embarrassing for Octolar!

Jokes aside, I put into this story some things I really wish I could pass onto children. It's not nearly as funny and light-hearted as my previous story, Merry Giftmas, but it holds the kind of message I think should be said more often.
